Grup de Glasgow que es dedica al “guitarreo” que està tant de moda ara. A mi em sona una mica a Foo Fighters (perdoneu si ofenc… ^_^), però a la web de la Mtv diuen que són de l’estil de:The Capitol Years, The Beauty Room, Cave In, The Blue Van, Ari Shine, i com que d’aquests no en conec cap, em quedo igual xD

M’he descarregat un disc i m’ha agradat. A veure si aconsegueixo alguna cosa més.
De moment us deixo el video més vist del Youtube, les pàgines web, i un links amb descàrregues. n_n
Bàsicament i el que jo tinc entès, 2 many dj’s és el nom de dj de dos germans belgues que es dediquen a fer bootleg mixes (lletra d’una cançó i base d’una altra) de cançons bastant conegudes. (especifico que és el nom de dj perquè també tenen un grup de rock anomenat soulwax).

- They used to Present together with his brother @lter 8, an alternative music program on the totally un-alternative Belgian music channel TMF (or Too Many Fakers, as they like to name it). – And they also had their weekly hour of madness on Studio Brussel. Each Saturday they used to play music in their program Hank the DJ. On autumn 2001, they had their show, Hang the DJ on Studio Brussel on Friday evenings.
- During their DJ sets, they manage to get literary everyone dancing, thanks to a mixture of new techno music like the Chemical Brothers or the Prodigy and old songs by Michael Jackson, Prince and many others.
2 many dj’s or soulwax ?
Stephen and David were respectively singer and guitarist in a rock band called SOULWAX.
They used to DJ as SOULWAX or THE FLYING DEWAELE BROTHERS or the FUCKING DEWAELE BROTHERS.
They did all their remixes and “mash-ups” or “bootlegs” (the music of a track vs. the voice of another) under the name of SOULWAX.
They are very popular in Belgium and England as SOULWAX.
Since the album is out, they found another name for their DJ shows : 2 MANY DJ’S…
Now, in order to avoid confusion about names, i consider :
- SOULWAX is their musician name (rock band and remixes)
- 2 MANY DJ’S is their DJ name.

La intenció és anar postejant cada dia (o cada dos) sobre els artistes i posar algun que altre enllaç als seus cds, myspace o el que convingui.
